Coronado Golf Club Company primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is USPS Priority mail. Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders placed with Coronado Golf Club Company.
Donmistic and Canadian shipments are sent through US Postal unless otherwise specified by the customer. We will also email you a tracking number for ease of tracking your package if requested Surcharges may apply to Canadian shipments
Coronado Golf Club Company Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, return the item within 60 days for a full refund (less 25% re-stocking fee) - no questions asked. This guarantee is designed to take 100% of the risk out of your buying decision. A Coronado Golf Club Company representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please email email@example.com or call 843.457.5447. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Coronado Golf Club Company. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Coronado Golf Club Company will pay for return shipping to customers on items that are covered by warranty or orders that were not filled correctly. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs that are have been modified except as covered by our warranty policy. You will also be responsible for all replacement club shipping that you ordered incorrectly.
Coronado Golf Club Company Warranty Information
All Coronado Golf Club Company merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
If your shipment arrives and any items are damaged, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively.

- Component orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the same business day provided all ordered products are available.
- If placing an Internet order on the weekend, the order will not be processed until the following business day.
